Six Months In: How Mystical Journeys with Jase Actually Started
Wow, it's hard to believe I've been doing this spiritual awakening podcast for six months now. Honestly, I don't think I expected to make it this long. I want to share one insight from how this all began.
About four or five years ago, a very nice spiritual reader gave me a reading, and she told me that one day she expected me to do a podcast. At the time, I didn't believe her — not because I doubted the reading, but because I genuinely didn't know a single thing about making a podcast. Not long after, I ended up talking to about ten people I'd spoken with or taught classes to over the years, and I asked them for their help and insight. They gave me some ideas and some wisdom, and pretty soon the groundwork had been laid so I could build my podcast, Mystical Journeys with Jase.
People have asked me a couple times why I chose that name. It actually came from something I said to someone once, when they were asking me about life and a few other things. I just told them, "You know what? It's all one big mystical journey." That person was the second one who told me I should do a podcast — and the irony was, I'd heard that same suggestion before.
That's really what started everything, and it's still the heart of this whole spiritual journey. Yes, I'll admit — my page and my podcast are a little harder to find than some others out there. But I've always told people that good wisdom is supposed to be a little hard to find. You should have to make some effort, take a few steps, to get to it.
Anyhow, I hope everyone's been enjoying what I've been trying to share over these past six months. Thank you for your support — I really do appreciate it.
